		<description>I found the best way to set up a budget is to simply record what you spend now.  Then, after a few months, you can make adjustments to your spending patterns... rather than starting fresh with a blank paper and pencil.  I find most people simply don&#039;t know what they spend to begin with so it makes budgeting nearly impossible.
