I have never made a lot of money currently making under 12 dollars an hour haven't been able to contribute to rrsp's since 1999. Am i better to withdraw now ? I am of course losing my investment as the market shows. If i take lets say 14000.00 I would pay 10% right well I make so little in the year that if you add that as income I think I could better use that money.I believe I can deduct on page 4 of income tax the amount that was withheld right?
